Krause Travels

At the start of this trip in Edinburgh, we decide we are not going to go through the hassles of bringing our bikes home on the plane. Airline rules are inconsistent and schlepping the bikes through airports has lost its charm. The solution is a long-term bike storage. We find just what we’re looking for in Regensburg, Germany. We train from Augsburg to Regensburg, ride our bikes to the storage facility, take a bus back to the train station, and then take another train back to Munich. We are in Germany four more days and our plan is to come back for our bikes next year when we’re here for our next trip.
